KGF Kannada movie starring Yash, Srinidhi Shetty which is directed by Prashanth Neel, unveiled on screen from Dec 21, has gained a wonderful response from the audience across the country. The Yash starer cinema raked whopping figures of $100K in the USA and Candian Nation. The film released on over 2100+ screens in India had a stupendous run on its first three days of release. The audience, though, missed their favorite Bollywood actors, welcomed the movie delightfully.

The movie, though, created a lot of hype in South India, the competitions from big-films like Maari 2 and Zero were unavoidable. Despite of these colloidal releases, the cinema raked high in box-office collecting a whopping figure of Rs 24.50 crores on its first day. The cinema which was released across 1500 screens in Northern parts of India raked Rs 2.1 crore on Day 1, because of its competition from Zero.

There was a lofty rise in the audience on Day 2, which recorded houseful shows across Karnataka. The box-office collections of KGF on Day 2 were Rs 19.20 crores, which makes a hefty total of Rs 37.20 crores. I know you might be wondering about the KGF box office collections on Day 3

The weekends were made even more cheerful and hectic with the release with a bundle of such films. KGF, which was appreciated by critics received a wider audience on Sunday, which in turn boosted the film's run. The cinema just after its third-day show made unbelievable figures in the box office, which crossed the 50-crore mark. Yes, the Yash's starrer KGF raked up Rs 17.50 crores on Day 3, which crosses the 50-crore mark for KGF. This is the fastest ever gross for a Kannada film.
